2. Group Training
Share the gym floor with 2-4 like-minded people and a qualified strength and conditioning coach. Work towards a common goal and benefit from the accountability and flexibility of small group training. Sessions will have an emphasis on improving movement competencies through increasing strength and mobility whilst also developing the other qualities of fitness. Strong banter guaranteed.
3. Online Coachinng
Online Coaching at The Performance Method includes an individualised approach to your training goals, weekly updates and feedback on your training block and thorough analysis and breakdown of your lifting technique.

You will receive an individualised program every month which is completely catered to your specific goals.
